Returns Policy

Cancellation/Returns


• All cancellations/amendments must be made via email.
• Customers may cancel the order within 7 days after the goods are received.
• On cancellation of products customers are obliged to return the goods to the italian factory (full address will be provided) in their original condition, packaging and hang tags attached, must be undamaged.
Costs for returning goods will be met by the customer unless products were incorrectly delivered by Mondo Fiorentino or damaged in transit, only in this case a pre-paid collection service will be arranged by the manufacturer.


• Consumers will be responsible for any damaged product whilst in transit using means arranged by them. Whilst in possession of the goods customers shall be under a duty to take reasonable care of them. Mondo Fiorentino will not accept goods returned which have been made unfit for resale.

• We strongly advise you to use a reputable courier to guarantee a safe delivery.

• Customers will be entitled to a full refund less an administration charge of £25 for initial delivery costs sustained by Mondo Fiorentino after the goods have been inspected and are free of any damage.

Refunds will only be made on the same credit/debit card provided at the time of purchase.
• Please allow reasonable time for credit to appear on your statement as credit card providers apply different timescale procedures for the refund to be processed.

If you request a replacement which is of a higher value, any difference due to you will be credited back on your card used to purchase the previous product.

This Agreement is to be interpreted in accordance with English Law but may be subject for consumers to the jurisdiction of the English, Welsh, Northern Irish or Scottish courts at the claimant's choice.

Contact will be made with customers via the e-mail address provided at the time of placing an order or by telephone in respect to any communication regarding the purchased product.
Evidence of the e-mail dispatch will be accepted as evidence of receipt.
